Our team of therapists are very experienced in treating conditions more common to the adolescent age group.

Sharada Murty

Sharada is the Principal Physiotherapist at Balance Physiotherapy. She has vast experience in sports and general physiotherapy in NZ, UK and Ireland. She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport Medicine and training as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. She is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand, and an associate member of the College of Physiotherapists.
Sharada enjoys road and mountain biking and has just completed her first marathon.

Anna Raymond


Anna has extensive experience in general and sports physiotherapy including teaching. She is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand. Anna services the Balance Physiotherapy clinic at St Margaret's College. Anna enjoys skiing in the winter and playing tennis all year round.

Rochelle Wardle


Rochelle has experience in general musculoskeletal, sports physiotherapy and Pilates. Rochelle is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand and is currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. She services the Balance Physiotherapy clinic at St Andrew's College.

Kathryn Newbery

"Kathryn has considerable experience working with general sports injuries and rehabilitation in both New Zealand and the UK. She has previously worked with elite athletes including the British Orienteering team and is a registered physiotherapy acupuncturist. Kathryn provides physiotherapy treatment for the students and staff at the Shirley Boys' High School and Marian College.

Rebecca Glithero

Rebecca supports our team of therapists by looking after all our administrative needs. Rebecca trained as an early childhood teacher and then moved into administration. She has many years of organisational experience and keeps our office, accounts and physiotherapists in order.
