About Us

  • Ross McDonald
    Ross has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in early 2016. He has a special interest in sports related musculo-skeletal injuries and rehabilitation. Ross is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand. Currently working with students and staff of St Thomas's College and St Andrews College, and the St Andrews College 1st XV rugby team during the competitive season. He is active in a number of social sport environments and is also passionate about athletic development and performance in addition to injury recovery.
  • Paul Foster
    Paul graduated from the University of Otago in 2013 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. During his training he spent time at Christchurch Public Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and private physiotherapy clinics. He has also completed a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and holds post graduate qualifications in Hand and Upper Limb Therapy and Pain Management. Paul's prior work experience includes working with representative sports teams in Australia including touch rugby, triathalon and AFL. He is a keen sportsman having represented New Zealand in volleyball for over 10 years and is now coaching local Canterbury teams. Paul is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand. Paul provides physiotherapy treatment for the students and staff at Shirley Boys' High School.
