This is a consultation via zoom video link to provide initial assessment, or reassessment, advice and progression of rehab programmes.

Sharada is the Principal Physiotherapist at Balance Physiotherapy. She has vast experience in sports and general physiotherapy in NZ, UK and Ireland. She has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy with Distinction, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and training as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Sharada has worked with NZ Football Youth Talent Centre Camps and currently works with the Christchurch Boys' High 1st XV. She enjoys running, road cycling and mountain biking. Sharada provides physiotherapy treatment for the students and staff at Christchurch Boys' High and Shirley Boys' High School.
Yvonne has extensive experience working with general and sports physiotherapy and has trained in Pilates. She has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, is a credentialled McKenzie therapist and is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand. Yvonne has a love of the outdoors and enjoys cycling, walking and skiing. Yvonne provides physiotherapy treatment for the students and staff at Christchurch Boys' High School and at Rangi Ruru.
Ross has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in early 2016. He has a special interest in sports related musculo-skeletal injuries and rehabilitation. Ross is a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand. Currently working with students and staff of St Thomas's College, Christ's College and St Andrews College, and the St Andrews College 1st XV rugby team during the competitive season. He is active in a number of social sport environments and is also passionate about athletic development and performance in addition to injury recovery.
Marion is a very experienced Sports Physiotherapist who has worked in high performance sport for over 25 years. Marion has been very involved with netball at the highest level, having been the Physiotherapist for the Silver Ferns and Mainland Tactix, as well as for New Zealand Cricket, looking after the White Ferns. As well as attending four Commonwealth Games & the Sydney Olympics as part of the New Zealand Medical team, Marion has toured extensively with many different sporting codes. With her own children's participation in rowing, rugby, hockey and netball, Marion has been drawn back to looking after High School ages athletes and has a great passion for working with sporting adolescents and assessment and management in this group. Marion looks after students and staff at Christ's College.
Jo is an experienced physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in Sports Medicine, Musculo-Skeletal Physiotherapy and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She obtained her Post Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Otago University. Her professional roles include - Sports Physiotherapy and High Performance sport for 25 years with teams in rugby, basketball, equestrian and NZ Rowing. She was Team NZ's physiotherapist for 3 Commonwealth Games and has had private practices in London, Dunedin, Auckland and Christchurch for 25 years. Jo has a special interest working with adolescent athletes, assessment, treatment and management in this group. She has been involved in many sports with her family including athletics, cross country, rugby, hockey, tennis, cricket, golf, rowing and multisport. Jo has also been involved with High School Rowing for 7 years and is currently involved with St Margaret’s’ and Christ’s College Rowing.
